Nice and easy to replace and install
All needed parts were included. It was easy to install once the old part was removed. Align the jacket with the cut inside the door. I had to leave it just a tad out to completely close, but that just how the door was built, but it closes just fine. I added a big of oil to the ball to keep it smooth for a while. I highly recommend it as a DIY small project.

Installation of the device.
Works great! Gets 4 stars because no instructions on instillation and no device on how to adjust the elevation of the rolling, spring tension adjusting ball that allows the door to smoothly open and close at the door frame. Otherwise great!
