These syrups are just the right amount of sour for us. I don’t like things that are so sour it burns your mouth and these are balanced just right. You could prolly stir in a handful of nerds if you want more citric acid effect. I added pour spouts and put the bottles in the fridge so they don’t melt the ice so quickly. The flavor I was on the fence about was watermelon but, it is actually very refreshing and not at all that pink, jolly rancher, fake tasting BS. WaterMELON is how I would describe it. There is a slight honeydew flavor that is balanced with the sour to make both palatable. The only downfall is the blue raspberry leaves a fake, food coloring aftertaste that is not at all pleasant. I just mix it in with others and it lessens the blech left in my mouth. We will prolly buy again.

I bought some other flavors from a local restaurant supply store, and they were only $3.00 for 32oz bottle. Well, no wonder. The flavor was almost non-existent.Since me and my wife were having the grandkids staying with us for 4th of July, and because I don't skimp on spoiling them, I needed some flavors that were better than ok.Having bought flavors last year, I went ahead and got these as well. The kids love sour stuff!! The flavors are strong, not watered down. And with an ice shaver that I bought on Amazon as well, I kept those kids sugared up all week long.These are high quality syrups, and well worth the price. Don't be a cheapskate... People will remember you for it. Get these, so you'll be remembered for years to come.

To try to get the flavor from the carnivals, I’ve had to buy a few different brands, some too watery, some not much flavor, but this one is perfect of consistency and flavor.

These sour syrups are so much fun for a summer party. You can use them in shave ice / sno cones as expected, or make adult beverages with fun flavors (I am partial to mixing these into blended margs!).

The product is easy to use and a good variety of flavors. I wish the company would make some natural flavored syrups without the artificial flavorings.

The syrups were a hit at my niece’s carnival themed birthday party! Blue raspberry was the favorite followed by the green apple!

The kids loveee all the delicious and cool flavors! Always a hit in my house, I stay stocked up lol

Kids love sour snow cones. This was a great value, and the variety was good for our group. Would purchase again.
