Great for hand/wrist injury rehab
I broke my wrist in October and wore a thumb spica cast for 6 weeks (a cast that immobilized my thumb as well as my forearm). After cast removal, my thumb, hand and forearm were very weak and practically rigid. After 4 weeks of physical therapy my flexibility was improved but I needed more work and it was expensive to continue. My physical therapist suggested looking online for some equipment to use at home and I found this kit. It was affordable and similar to what I used in PT. The 2 hand grips (one light tension and one medium tension), are well made with strong springs that give all my fingers great resistance. The finger resistance bands exercise different muscles than the hand grips. I use this equipment, along with some squeeze balls and light weights that I bought elsewhere, while reading or watching TV and can see my strength and flexibility improving incrementally everyday. I highly recommend this kit for anyone needing to recuperate from hand/forearm injury and/or to help strengthen muscles around thumb joint (and other finger joints) to lessen stiffness/pain from arthritis, which seems to be inevitable from overuse and aging. Even with a holiday I received my order promptly and packaged well. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Mostly Satisfied, with a small complaint that is easily solvable!
Product is as was advertised. I am pleased and am already using it constantly. I now have to wait for some time to pass to see if the results are what is claimed.I do have a small complaint, and that is in the Instruction sheet, (That leaves a lot to be desired) Terribly put together. it looks like a kindergarten child prepared it, and what's most troubling of all, is the "Small" Print/Font size used. For future reference I suggest that you be a little better detailed in the way that this sheet is sent, because it degrades the Product itself. Also, the small print is not acceptable! How do you guys know who is buying it, how old they are, and if they have a problem with their sight or not. Just Saying!!Thank you!

good tool, but not powerful enough for me
As I write this, I should tell you first -- while I am 62, my working weight for deadlift (what I do reps with) is 350-400 lb. That means I have a strong grip. The light grippers were not worth much -- the medium were good for repetitions (after I used stronger grippers) this is because they had individual fingers. This showed me how much weaker my pinky was in comparison to other fingers (which is normal) -- nice for making sure each finger is worked. The second part is the bands. This works the opposite end of the gripping -- extension. And it is lack of working that that has led to many having carpel tunnel issues. I used rubber bands at one time just to work in healing carpel tunnel. In these, I found these excellent bands. I have other bands for this -- but these work each individual finger, which is helpful. Again, because of my hobby, these are not as strong as I would like -- but they do serve a good purpose, and I find them therapeutic. If you find a "normal" gripper good - then the grippers will be good. BUT DEFINITELY USE THE BANDS, BECAUSE THIS IS OFTEN NEGLECTED AND NEEDED WORK.

Not a bad purchase
I'm giving 3 stars because the individual finger strengthener is not easy to use, they give you instructions on how to use it, but it always seems to catch on itself and the springs don't always work as they should. I think it's a great idea but it just needs some more thought put into it to perfect it.The elastic bands are great! They are very snug, almost too snug and may start cutting off circulation, my advice do 30 seconds at a time on each hand and go from there.

The best bang for the buck, high quality, well made, shipped same day
I’ve been looking for a way to help balance my wrist and forearm muscles and couldn’t be happier with this bundle. It’s WAYY cheaper than some of the competitive listings and for the same quality, I actually returned a gripmaster that I previously bought because it was the same price but for only 1 piece, compared to this listing with 5 pieces. I really like the variety and ability to move up in difficult as I get stronger, currently I’m at level 2 on both the grip strengthener and the hand resistance bands but hopefully will move up soon. I’ve noticed the tendonitis in my elbow slowly fade away and my grip becoming steadily stronger. Really pleased with this product

works the hands
bought these to try to help work my hands due to lack of grip strength due to medical issues. i tried the light tension hand stretcher and my hands got tired after 2 reps and could not contine. i will need to keep using these daily until i can step it up to the next level. i did have some issues with the yellow hand tool that i will contact the manufacter about the issue and will report back if the issue is fixed or not.everything else seems to work great and hope this helps my hands be of more use to myself.

Works For Me
I got these in preparation for an upcoming surgery I will be having on my hand due to ligament rupture. I will be doing a tendon transfer for my EPL tear. I haven't really used them yet but they seem well made for what they are and will serve their purpose well. I see them use these tools during occupational therapy which is several hundred $$ per session...if this will save me some money by doing things at home I'm all about it. I will update my review if I have any issues.

Bands broke
Poor quality. Finger extension bands wear down and break easily after minimal use.
