I am new to purchasing LEDs, but this set came with everything I needed to get started for a very reasonable price. The bulbs are bright, colorful, and work nicely for my application.

I bought this to learn, for the first time ever, how to work with LEDs and electronics in general. I'm extremely happy with this set. It took a few failures to realize I was mixing up positive and negative, but when I finally got the diode to light, it shined a bright and vibrant color. I really appreciate the inclusion of resistors as well. The case is very convenient and useful, and the overall set is way smaller than I anticipated (it's very well packaged and compact). Just add a USB charging cable with the opposite end cut off and you have everything you need to get a circuit working. I would most definitely purchase again. My only complaint is that, considering that I want to use LEDs for model cars, I wish clear diffusers were included in this particular set as well. I don't currently need them, but it'd be great to have the option. Although, it's nothing compared to the immense usefulness you'll get from this set.

The LEDs are great. Extremely bright and seemingly long lasting. Its the box that i have comolaints about. Your colors will mix and the dividers are unreliable at best. I personally didn't care about the box much and am using it for other things, but if you do then be careful and you'll be fine.

I bought these to replace some leds in my Christmas light sets, since I could not find replacements. The maximum current and forward voltage drops of leds vary, so I had to make sure these matched those in my strings. They matched color for color except the green, so I will use a white, which matched, in the green slip-on cover. Had to drill out the covers in my light set slightly, because of the lip on the base of these 3mm leds. My Christmas sets have a 350 ohm resistor in series with each orange led only, to limit the string current, so I will have to use a yellow with a 350 ohm in series if an orange burns out. I advise against using these to replace Christmas leds, unless you have the expertise to check series current and forward voltage drops, since it could be a risk of fire. The resistors are a nice bonus to have around for projects, too.

Great replacement bulb for my Cobra 29 cb. My meter light burnt out and these lights came in handy to replace the junk one.

Good variety of lights. Make sure you use resistors for ones that are below 3v. Lights are not clear, meaning they have a color lens as opposed to clear lenses that produce any color. Clear lights are clear and bright.

What else can I say, I use LED's with tons of different voltages and this kit not only comes with a ton of LED's in various colors, but also various sizes; not to forget the tons of resistors, also in varying values. One purchase solved a ton of my needs. Thanks!
