Seems like a lot of questions and issues about it but no hard data.** A: The outside diameter of the tube is 7/8 of an inch - inside 5/8 of an inch. As I said in my review the tube was too large to fit down the oil tube of my lawn mower but I inserted a tube from a spray bottle I had into the vac tube and then duct taped it. Worked great **Q: how does it work on four stroke sea doo jet skis and jet boats?** A: If it's got a dip stick --- then you can SUCK the old oil out of the crank case & put in new oil !!! I took the oil out of my saturn V6 --- through the dip stick tube & it worked Great !!!
