This isn’t a fix all. You definitely need to keep trying to pump more or breastfeed more to keep up your milk supply. I do believe this supplement helped though. It helped me maintain my supply and boost it a bit. The taste is fine! I am very grateful for this product. The package doesn’t describe how you can take this product up to 5 times a day, I had to read that on Amazon. So, for a while I was only taking two doses a day when I could’ve been taking more and possibly getting more milk. oh well. I think this item works otherwise my milk supply would have completely dried up. My 8-month old refuses to breastfeed so I’ve had to exclusively pump, so it’s been tough trying to maintain a supply when there is no stimulation from baby. Thank God for this product. It’s easy to use and absolutely no side effects.

This product works without question. I used it with both my children and experienced success on both occasions. However, what I am really loving about this product in the second go-around is how effective it has been in helping me to increase my production when I’ve had to create inventory for a brief trip away from my baby or prepping for daycare. As a working mom, my production also slumps occasionally and this product has helped me to get back on track, realize a boost and stay positive. I’ve been giving this product to any new nursing mom in my friend circle. I wish lactation coaches were doing the same. The pic I’m including is from one of those trips away from my kid. I was able to pump 54 ounces to store in a matter of days before the trip and I ended up dumping this much stored in water bottle in the two days I was gone. I would have loved to have been able to save it, but the flight itinerary was too long and I wasn’t as prepared as I would be now.

I will say that the flavor was very sweet to me. However, it was manageable. I used it only for a couple of days and I saw a definite increase with my milk supply. Unfortunately, it also caused my nursing baby significant gas pain. I emailed the sellers to inquire about it, and they promptly told me to stop taking it as my baby may not like one of the ingredients in the formulation and refunded me my money without any questions asked. I appreciate their dedication to make sure that my baby was completely okay. I was just assuming that I was taking too much too quickly (1 dropper full twice daily as recommended on the bottle). For others, I'd recommend taking only 1 dropper full at night to ensure tolerance for yourself and your baby, before increasing the amount. I was just so desperate for results!!! Overall, I would say give it a try and see if it works for you and if your baby can tolerate it.

IT WORKS!! I’m a first time mom and I’ve had low milk supply since my baby was born. I was also induced so my milk didn’t come in til days after but very little. I bought this about 4 days ago and since I was so frustrated and upset about having low milk supply (I would only be able to pump from both breast 1-2oz) that I thought this product was gonna work eight away. I started taking 1ml twice a day. In the morning and at night directly into the mouth. I saw no results and even noticed my milk supply dropping! I was so upset! So just yesterday I started doing the same 1ml in the morning and night BUT I mixed it with my drinks. (Juice/milk) and the next morning, I was pumping 3 1/2 oz (after 1x of moving it with my drink the same day) and 4 1/2 oz (the next morning)!! Big change! I was so happy to see my supply increase. I’m going to continue with my routine and see how it goes. The flavor is okay, not bad but not great. But mixing it with your drink, you don’t even notice it. UPDATE!!! Yes it works... BUT I had to stop using it after only a few days because I noticed it would give me a lot of gas and gave me diarrhea which I then passed it to my baby through breastfeeding. And because he had gas and diarrhea he became very moody. I then stopped taking the drops and both my baby and I are better now

This is literally my first amazon review. I am the type of consumer that can’t be bothered to write a review. Maybe I never felt very compelled to let others know whether I like or dislike something, but with this product I definitely do. I bought this product just to make my pumping life easier. I never had a problem with low supply per se, but thought that by buying this I would be helping myself pump more milk at a faster speed. Taking this for two days has literally dropped my supply. I went from being able to get around 5 oz between my two breasts on a good pump session, and am now STRUGGLING to get 2oz between my two breasts during each pump session. What the f!&? is in this stuff?!! Never would have thought a supplement to “increase supply” could have the adverse effect. It’s even advertised as potentially decreasing a mothers milk. This is like buying cold medicine that could potentially worsen your symptoms. WHATS THE POINT?! Honestly the worst product I’ve ever used. Plus I’ve gotten like 15 pushy annoying emails from the company...what about I don’t know..haven’t read them..but how annoying. I find it highly more valuable and just to tell how I feel about this product in a public review rather than in an email. This company should spend less time stalking their unhappy customers and find different ingredients to put in their product that will actually help, rather than hinder a Mother’s ability to produce milk for her child. I am so pissed that I tried this product. DO NOT make my mistake. I’ll be returning this for a full refund, but even this doesn’t sweeten the fact that I’ve had to deal with the stress and irritation this has caused in addition to the DRASTIC drop in milk I experienced. I HATE this product. Seriously. And to think this little a$! bottle is almost $30!!! I feel like I should be compensated for what this product has stolen from me. HATE HATE HATE. Just NO!! Would give ZERO stars if I had the option.
