I bought this to use on the chip breakers of my hand planes. _Perfect_ fit for that wide screw on the top of the plane iron, and much less expensive than a Lie Nielson screw driver!Fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.Recommended for the woodworker who uses hand tools, even if only occasionally.

I received this screwdriver the end of June 2015, about a month ago. At that time it was advertised as fitting Leupold rear mount screws. This screwdriver does not fit the new Leupold (in the last year or so) rear mount screws. I tried it on three different new sets of Leupold rear mounts and it didn’t fit any of them. These can easily be identified as they have a drop of threadlocker on the screw threads. The blade (.068” or so) is too thick for these screws. I have an older set of Leupold mounts this screwdriver does fit. My screwdriver was not packed in a vinyl pouch but in a sealed plastic bag. The screwdriver itself is of very fine quality but the thick blade will not work on standard screw heads without a lot of stone work or grinding. Unfortunately I let the one month return period run out so it looks like I will be keeping it.
