No flavor, easy to use
Loved that it had no taste. Easy to add to my yogurt. Store in fridge.

Mix it in - don't fold in
The instructions say to fold the powder into the apple sauce - my little guy couldn't stomach the texture/taste that way so we mixed it in a bit more thoroughly and he has zero complaints!

Awful
Yikes. This probiotic made me so bloated and uncomfortable. I gained about 2-3 pounds while taking it took I realized it was the probiotic making me feel like that after about two weeks of suffering, then it took about another 3-4 weeks for my body to return to normal. I would not recommend this product.

Horrible supplement
I bought this to use for my kids 3,6,12. all of them never had any digestive issues. Everyone one of them had bloating, difficulty passong gas, burping and hiccups. Don't use this product
