My teacher follows this book very closely. The book does an amazing job at explaining each part of the brief and oral argument, but more than that it goes into the reasoning of why you include each part. If your teacher assigns this book you are in for a treat!

This was one of those rare books we were required to buy during law school that was actually worth the purchase price. It was also one of the few I didn't resale after completing my first year legal writing course. Very clear & helpful book.

great condition, shipped fast! no problems at all with it. I had to order brand new because there were no used ones, but its a new edition so I understand that.
