Works well.
So after a slightly false start - where it kind of just bumped randomly around the room this little thing is now merrily cleaning away. While it will not replace the need to actually vacuum it will indeed decrease the frequency that I need to. And it kind of failed the stair edge detection test (I have to catch it). I've not tried the wet function yet, so can't comment ton that. Pretty easy to set up out of the box, 1 filter set were pre-installed and 1 spare set in the box. Managed a 60 minute clean before needing a recharge - not quite the 100 minute claim, but perhaps a couple more battery charge cycles and it might do it. Quiet operation - to the point that we set it doing in a room and closed the door, then had to open the door after a while to see if it was still going! It collects dust and small debris really well even with what seems like very little suction (I think the roller brush helps a lot with that), saying that we have a cordless Dyson and a wet/dry Vax and this little thing has done really well - especially as it takes no effort from us! After a 30 minute clean I had to empty the dust container - which I was a bit surprised at just how much it had collected. We take the time to clear charger wires/cables and obstacles so it can get around the room a little easier, but it's so worth taking a few minutes to do this rather than it trying to map it's way around coffee table legs, etc. I was sceptical of it's performance before buying, but am actually very surprised at how well it works right now. Will be interesting to see how well it mops. Will be trying the schedule function next and looking forward to coming home to effortlessly cleaned floors - while we do something more fun!

Some concerns but very good otherwise...
Review of my review; ...after getting help from the support, and looking at other robotic cleaners, this is the best price cleaner on Amazon. Yes, it does gently hit the walls but does avoid some obstacles, hard to tell which and when. There is a magnetic strip included (unlike many) you can create boundaries around to stop going over. Sucks very well, easy to clean - haven’t tried the mopping yet but hoovering power is adequate from a small machine like this. Regular cleaning needs less hoovering with the main machine. So far so good. Recommended!

Not impressed
Purchased based on the reviews from Amazon. Not quite what we expected. The robot is supposed to be avoiding obstacles in its way but somehow he kept on "bumping" into everything. We removed the chairs from the dining room although you are not supposed to and still kept bumping. Tends to only clean one area for about 2 hours and then return to docking station. Not really what we were looking for.

It’s the future, and the technology is good. Save your time from a now unnecessary chore.
Automatic washing machines were once considered a luxury, now we take them for granted. We even drop the ‘automatic’ from their name, now. I have no doubt, in time, this will happen for robot vacuums, where the epithet ‘robot’ will eventually be dropped.Known as ‘Ida’ (Ida Hoover, a poor joke akin to Jasper Carrott’s claim his children were called ‘Ivor’ and ‘Henrietta’), our Bagotte I7 does an incredible job. I would say she does a minimum of 95% of our vacuuming and mopping. She is thorough and has three different programs; random, up and down like a lawnmower, or edges. She can go off at a prescribed time, scaring the living beejeesus out of our cats, and vacuums for about 2 hours (the literature says 100 minutes so we’re up on the deal there) before making her way home to recharge. We have quite a sharp ramp about 40mm wide at 45 degrees, and she amazed me at handling that with her big rubber wheels. She has less suction (1200 Pa) compared to her sister vacuum (the 600, which my parents are getting), but she mops, which sibling doesn’t. I put one drop of Zoflora in her tank with the water, which does a super job. Her 1200 Pa suction is more than many cheaper bots.I waited a month before writing this, but we are extremely happy with her. It seemed to me she may be end of line, ‘cause we had a great deal, but suffice to say Bagotte is a good make (sibling and her came 1st and 4th out of 50 tested robots on some specialist consumer site). My wife needed persuading this was not just a toy. She was quickly totally convinced. The amount Ida picks up is *very* surprising. We have two cats (fur) and two kids (furless but messier) and Ida daily keeps the house looking bright and clean.Top purchase of the summer. Now to work on my wife to let me get a robot lawnmower... :)

A superb and efficient little robotic vacumn - well worth the money.
Firstly, I would say I was skeptical about the concept of a robotic vacuum in a house with young children, but this item has converted me.We spend some time looking at different products, prices, features etc. and settled on this Bagotte unit as a good balance between all aspects. It arrived quickly after order, and comes with a spare sweeper brush, filter set and an attachment for mopping the floor.Set-up is easy, and and the charging station is small and discrete. It comes with enough cable to make location easy. You only have to find a section of wall with 1m clearance to each side.In operation, the vacumn unit is surprisingly quite. It is not silent, but I would not expect it to be.It is endlessly entertaining watching it navigate around the rooms, mapping the walls and obstructions and gently pushing my 4 year olds toys out of the way when it can.In terms of cleaning ability, it again surprised me with just how well it can collect dust and dirt that gets into corners and the junction between the wall and floor. The sweeper brushes allow it to clean these areas well, and as it makes it's way in a pattern across the floor, it picks up all you could want it to.When it needs a charge, it will make it's way back to the charger - again, more entertainment watching it maneuver to get properly in line with the charger - then on it goes. I have yet to see it fail, and we have had it running for over a week now.
