Way to big even if it was my size it wouldn’t be able to do anything. The material was terrible and very flimsy and thin. Very cheaply made do not waste your money on this just save up for a better one.

I ordered a medium, and it fit well. Just read the measurements closely to get your size right. The material feels good and binds well. I had some trouble putting it on, since it clasps at the side, but I also just have short arms.
