good product, price and service
I am really happy with his purchase. I saved a lot vs buying brand new and the item arrived in its box and looked new and functioned as new. re: the product - people have complained that the surface studio 2 was under powered for the cost and had more of a laptop like processing capability - I think it’s great, screen is amazing and I was happy with the product, price and delivery response.

Great Computer at a good cost
Probably one of the best purchases I've made in recent years. It came in the mail as advertised (like-new, not a scratch or dent, and with all the necessary equipment). Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a great computer at a more affordable price point.

OMG I Love This Th8ng
I've been drooling over this thing since the first edition came out in 2016. Finally able to get one in 2020. Great performance. Responsive touchscreen. Perfect model for my needs as a designer.

Didn't work out the box.
The computer would not power on. Never got to use it. Then the seller did not want to replace it or give a refund even though it was advertised to have a 90 day replacement or return. I had to get Amazon to step in. Amazon said it would take longer to get a replacement due to the back and forth with the seller, so I opted to get the refund. I have sent the item back and waiting for the refund to be posted back to my account.

Love It!
Absolutely loving this PC after just one week to migrate over my apps, scanner, printers, etc. Win X and this machine together seem to be bulletproof — first time in 30 years I haven’t had the OS crash during download of external software for apps/installs. It’s like a 28” iPad — touchscreen and all (which I don’t really use for finger GUI), Razor thin, no tower, easy adjust — screen, camera and mic all work with webcam opns. Super-satisfied, and glad to save the $500+ bucks. Thanks Amazon, for making available!!

Excellent over-all AIO except for gaming.
Love everything about this AIO except gaming, i.e low specs and refresh rate for good gaming though the screen looks and feels fantastic.

UNTOUCHED! Seemed like a brand new unit! Detailed Packaging seemed untouched. NEW keyboard and stylus were included (Bluetooth had to re-enabled to find them). Now running Windows 11 -- NO PROBLEMS! Best deal online.
