The description says “Non-Skid Glued Rubber Bottoms”. However, mine have typical neoprene bottom with slits (see photo). Not going to lose sleep over it. Otherwise, they look good, fit perfect, and arrived as expected.

The bottom of these is "solid" neoprene with no slits. This means no additional air gets to the can other than the small area above the koozie.
