Peychaud's Bitters,1 x 14.8cl, ABV 35%

Usually go for a different brand but this was cheaper. Not comparable but a lovely flavour and good price.

When Dr Anthony is in the mood for a cocktail which is occasionally I must say, he likes to use the best ingredients that we can afford. This product is tastes fabulous and makes all the difference in a drink. Well worth buying! You will not regret it if you are a discerning buyer!

I wanted something different from the usual bitters I use. While it's quite a different taste than I'm using to, it's not too bad. Not sensational, but nice enough and reasonable price too.

A few drops of this liquid into a gin and tonic lifts the drink to a whole new level. Inspired by a bartender video on YouTube, I ordered these bitters. I had heard of Angostura but not Peychaud's so wanted to try it out for myself. The flavour it adds is a little sweet, like maraschino cherry but with a bitter orange peel tartness, a hit of clove/licorice and a little mint(?). I tried it with Plymouth Gin, Fever Tree premium tonic and a lime wedge, about 3 little drops of bitters (which turns the drink pink) and it was outstanding. a very 'grown up' cocktail:.

Makes a change from other branded bittersactually quiet nice so ordered another bottle for standby

Along with the syrup.i bought and Buffalo Trace, it makes a nice drink.

We use this regular added to a peaty whiskey with a strawberry syrup and an egg white with half a lemon. Delicious
