The REAL DEAL for vinyl film removal!!!
This unit is the real deal!! It removes old tired, dried vinyl stickers, wraps, signs with relative ease. It doesn't disintegrate within a few minutes use, like the cheaper wheels. I went thru 6 cheap wheels to 1 of these units!! I will always have at least one of these in my toolboxes! I had to remove lettering from the sides and rear cargo box of my 40' box truck. Using this and other techniques on some really badly weathered vinyl I was able to get the job done in about 3 days by myself. (I had more time than $$ to devote to the job, lol). A helpful hint is to use an electric corded right angle drill. One with a moveable second grab handle would be ideal. I forgot I had a regular one until I had hurt my wrists completing one side and the rear with a standard corded unit. Great value for the money! Well made, so please keep it up!! The only complaint I have was that as the unit wears, it tends to wear unevenly, causing an eccentric imbalance that can be very annoying, and this is well before it wears down to the wear line. It's a little more manageable with the RA drill. Another helpful hint: Do NOT let vinyl stay and bake on your vehicle for multiple years! It damaged the paint underneath on my truck!

Amazing product! Wish I knew about it years ago. Buy it now!
This is an amazing product. It truly is a miracle! Wish I knew about it years ago. Can't say how many times I struggled to remove adhesive from a car and ended up scratching the paint. Don't waste your time using razor blades and scratching your paint; your fingers and getting blisters, your finger nails and breaking a nail; a heat gun and burning yourself; or Goo Gone and making a mess! What would have taken me hours to do in the past using the above mentioned methods, I was able to get the work done in 5 minutes! And the results were amazing. No double sided tape adhesive remaining and not a scratch! Buy this right now if you ever plan on removing vinyl decals or 3M double sided adhesive. You will thank yourself later. This eraser wheel basically works by creating friction and generating heat. It is no different then if you took a heat gun to the adhesive and tried to rub it off with your finger. This is just WAY more effective and effortless. Attach the wheel to your drill, put it on high speed, and apply medium to light pressure to the adhesive you want to remove. You will witness the adhesive being removed with ease! I am sure this is comparable to the 3M eraser/stripe off wheel but it was half the price. Glad I went with this. Saved me money and a lot of work. Take a look at the pictures of the Whizzy Wheel's work! Also, after removing the adhesive with the Eraser Wheel, I went over the area with Goo Gone to give it a good final clean.

Labor Saver
I bought this to remove adhesive from a factory tailgate protector. I was very cautious...not wanting to burn the paint. This wheel is like a giant eraser. The adhesive was removed in minutes. No paint burn...no damage. It does get smaller pretty fast, but it worked great.

Functions well. Will run away when drill stops quickly. Unthreads from shaft.
Works well. Gets stupid hot (friction, you know). Will spin itself off the shaft, if drill stops quickly. Will remove rv paint, especially when the surfaces get hot (100° weather is not your friend). Removes Dicor sealant readily. Will eat through edpm roof membrane. Use lightest pressure that works, and a feathery touch. EYE PROTECTION!

It Works!
Had a stubborn decal that needed removed. Tried heat, adhesive remover, peeling, etc. Gave up and ordered this wheel. Didn't work too well at first. Started wiping the edge of the decal with alcohol, then use the wheel a little, then wipe again, and repeat. That worked really well. Impressed with the fact it didn't harm the gloss of the clearcoat. I do see a couple of small dull spots, but they are hardly noticeable and would buff out easily.

Works like a treat! Buy more than one.
Works like a dream on removing outboard motor decals without damaging the paint. I would buy 2 or 3 of them if you are doing an outboard, they get used up pretty fast.

Not all their cracked up to be.
On a good condition sticker, not one baked on a hood for 15 years, this might work fine. I used this eraser wheel first. In theory, it looks like it will rip a sticker up in a wide fashion. I did not find that to be true by far. The center rib does a lot of the work and it is critical that you keep the wheel somewhat square to the work. The tractor treads may help lift the vinyl but they also create vibrations, especially it not held square to the work piece. It likes to hop if not held square. On a small job, it's not a big deal. But on a large job, it will make yours hands numb and tingling. It also doesn't work as good as you would think. My 1/2 hood sticker was baked on and crazed horribly which didn't help. Since it is fairly wide, it creates a lot of friction. Which, in turn, causes you to to have to grip the drill that much tighter. I bought the thinner solid version also. I decided to try it. It worked much better. No hop, vibrations were greatly reduced. Since it was almost 1/2 the thickness, it required less force to control it. It ripped up the vinyl much better to. I stuck with it for 3/4's of the job. My main complaint on both versions is that it didn't remove the adhesive with the vinyl. So now, I have a huge patch of adhesive to remove. I had used another Orange model and brand. It worked much better. Even on this sticker, it removed the adhesive with the vinyl. Even in areas that the adhesive didn't come up with the vinyl, I was able to go back over those areas and remove the adhesive itself. These Magic wheels weren't able to do that which required a ton of other work and buying other tools and chemicals.

E' un ottimo prodotto ma mancano istruzioni sufficienti, quindi c'è il rischio che assieme all'adesivo rimuova la vernice sottostante. Avevo inteso ci fosse un manuale assieme ma ho ricevuto solo la rotella.

So like an IDIOT, with no research I took to conventional decal removal by adding heat. The 20 year old decals on my truck would not peel off at all. They would not scrape off and no chemical solvent was safe for the paint. Further there was some old double sided glue for trim. Trim came off glue tape stayed. Frustrated I started sanding it all off. Worst choice: it trashed my paint. Like sooo dumb. Sometime later I did some more research and found this product. I seen someone on YT had it and thought Id try it. Man, I wish i had this from the start. It took offer the decals and the glue tape. It took a lot of work and a couple of these wheels but an amazing finish. It did not damage my paint at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for stuck on adhesives. If you got a big job, buy 2 wheels.

How am I 42 and I’ve never used one of these? Did a normally 3 hour job in 30 mins. Removed stickers on the rear, front window and side windows. Wiped off the residue on glass with brake cleaner and on paint with contact cleaner. Some tips, let the wheel do the work and don’t go too fast. Cover up and rubber seals nearby as it will score them. Great little tool and not a bad price either.
