I have been struggling with lower back pain and i tried all kind of back belts, and shots from the hospitals and nothing worked. This belt saved my life. As i tried it, i immediately felt relief. This brace was excellent at stabilizing my lower back. Fits exactly as stated so be sure to measure to get the correct fit. It does not ride up. I had to put it over a tee shirt for all day comfort. The only reason I gave it a 4 is the cost. Wow, super expensive for a brace.

Excellent comfort and stability while standing. Difficult to determine exact size needed but worked out fine. When in doubt, size up.A bit pricey for many at personal expense, but it is high quality and helpful. Like most back braces, can seem tight while sitting, and you might need slightly larger waist in pants to compensate, however this brace has low bulk. Recommend.

Two and half months ago, I had a bike accident and, multiple fractures on my pelvis bone. Now I am healing and I can walk. The Bauerfeind Sacroloc Back Support makes me feel steady and safe. Also is easy to wear and light weight. Definitely, I would recommend it.

First of all, this isn't my first purchase of a Bauerfeind product. I purchased and continually use the GenuTrain Knee Brace. This SacroLoc is a game changer for my Sciatic nerve issue. The Support relieves the pain and discomfort. The constant rolling and popping of the Sciatic is also relieved. I can stand for longer periods of time now. And, the bulging disk in my lower back also benefits from the Support. I won't lie, this is a pricey product, but the relief outweighs the cost hands down. My Orthopedic Surgeon provided Belt, that just did not work due to slipping out of position - this Support does not slip. Thank you for a great product!

I have bought this product before and had for years with great results. But recently in March I ordered a new one. I am so disappointed to say that within three months the thing has fallen apart. I noticed that the velcro and glue that holds the two magnets in place on my back has come off and there is no way to stick them back on. It must have been very cheaply put together to have this happen. I can't return it as I have used it for three months but I won't buy a replacement from them. A lot of money for 3 months wear.
