These medallions are great. Used them for our pendant lights in the kitchen. I needed to make a fairly large hole to accommodate my new lights. I used a pumpkin carving knife, worked great! As another reviewer said, the primed white was perfect. I didn't bother to paint them.

We added molding to the builder’s mirror directly beneath the bathroom light fixture. But now we needed something to extend the light so it stuck out a bit further from the wall so the globes would clear the molding. Ta-da! This was an elegant and useful solution. I actually like the light better now!

Old house—ugly light—useless area—kept hitting our heads on it. Took light out, glued medallion on ceiling to cover hole. So easy to glue, lightweight. Looks great & less cluttered. Came in exact dimension. Happy with purchase. Would buy again.

Just what I needed, came when I needed it, cost what I needed it to cost.

I drilled a pilot hole dead center for a recessed screw. Screwed it to the celing with a small piece of plywood on the back side of the sheetrock and caulked around it. After painting it looked perfect and it will be easy to remove when my wife changes her mind as usual.

Just what I needed to hide a hole larger than this light. I need to caulk around it but it’s nice.

I had a hole in a popcorn ceiling of a rental unit I have, a result of some plumbing repairs. The hole was in the centre of the ceiling. This was an attractive and economical solution to the problem of trying to repair a popcorn ceiling.

The ceiling around the old light was rough.This was easy to cut the hole and it looks amazing
