The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this set of dollies from Amazon warehouse, which means it was an item someone returned. I can see why someone returned them one of the dollies has wheel locks and the other one does not. Item description states these dollies have wheel locks. Fortunately, the wheel locks are not a deal-breaker for me, so I was very happy to get these two dollies for around 12 dollars.I am using these dollies on the deck so the pots do not rest on wood and cause damage, and they work fine for that purpose. They roll well. The outside measurement of the base is 11.8", the inside measurement is 10.6". The caddy is made out of black plastic. There is no drainage hole in the middle (I have a similar set with a drainage hole). So far I have not felt like I needed the drainage, but since it is plastic it is easy to drill a hole if it ever becomes necessary.Overall, despite the wheel lock issue, I am very pleased with these caddies.Ali Julia review

These plant stands are perfect to move around my big potted plants I need a couple of more soon highly recommend them they make a great gift for an older person to move her big potted plants

These rolling plant stands are terrific. I have ordered several more. They are great for large indoor or outdoor plants that you need to move for cleaning or whatever. They roll nicely and are sturdy. I like that they are a saucer and act as a tray for water that drains off.

Lightweight and easy to move, but it’s not quite as deep as I would have liked. (I’m an over waterer!)

I needed an easy way to move around my 2 large houseplants (fig trees) and catch draining water. These are perfect! The set is very durable and two of the four wheels lock if you want to keep them from rolling around. They came packaged very nicely and it was easy to insert the wheels. I highly recommend this set and would buy them again!

I have a larger blueberry bush that needs part time sun & other times not so much. These plant plates on coasters make it so easy to move around the deck to wherever they need to be and any extra overflow water that drains from the plant is contained
