It has worked well for me for a few months used everyday. It isn't some magically great product, but it does fill a very narrow niche that is tough to find elsewhere. I agree that it is excellent for tennis players. I do worry that this might put a little too much strain on my wrists in certain ways if I really work hard at making twisting the handles as far as I can (strength based). It is spring loaded, so it has increasing resistance. Instead I use with some strength, but to focus endurance and maintaining smooth control over time (like I said great for tennis players).If you get this purely for strength and already have reeally strong forearms and have fears this might put too much torque on your wrists or something this cheap might break under heavy use... You might be right... I just can't tell if there is truth to it, but using it I'm afraid to push it to the max.
