While the packaging isn't impressive, the liner itself is great. I've worn eyeliners for over 20 years now and this is one of my favorites. It doesn't smudge easily, stays on all day long, and is easy to apply. I do have to take care to not go back with very many strokes during application, as it does start to set in a few minutes, and we all know that can cause clumping and consistency issues with further application. So touchups can be a little tricky, but are totally doable with a quick wipe-down and re-apply. I don't have much experience with this and durability while swimming, but it's held fine in surprise rainstorms and is still fairly on after a quick face wash. I've had some dry out after not properly screwing the top back on, but that's to be expected. When I close it properly, the product lasts pretty much until I've used almost all of it.
