The stones were all individually bubble wrapped and the whole system was incredibly easy to set up. I just followed the included instructions and 60 seconds later my stones were warming up! I did like the variable temperature control as well--very nice touch, but be careful not to turn the temperature up too high! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Seems ok, doesn't work with all types of hotstones. *by K***N on January 8, 2019* The first one my husband ordered for me was missing half of the stones and looked like one that had been returned. Amazon was great to start my return and sent me a new one with rushed delivery. I think the concept is great but the reason I gave it 3 stars was because it doesn't heat the hot stones I already had. I had them in the warmer for almost an hour at the highest setting and they were just warm to the touch. The stones that come with it seem to heat up really well but they aren't super thick. So far I have had it turned onto the highest setting for 2 hours and it has only heated up to 137 degrees Fahrenheit.
