Great customer service Not as durable as the original band but it will get you by for a while.
I love the look and compatibility of this watch band but the rubber eyelets that took a year to rip on the og Garmin Band only took 5 weeks to rip on this one and of course you only get up to 4 weeks to return it on prime so now I’m stuck with it. Definitely not the higher quality durability of the original but it looks nice and would probably last a longtime on an average Joe which I am not. I’m an athlete and I travel a lot so I guess you would say I’m hard on watch bands. With that said Ancool does have good customer service and guarantees each watch band for up to a year and have sent me one new one which now is also breaking down after a few months so I’m upgrading to 3 stars do to good customer service and hopefully they will send me a replacement for my replacement. Lol.

Almost exactly like OEM bands
As you can tell from the pictures (Red = ANCOOL, Black = OEM), 1) the ANCOOL straps are just slightly shorter than the OEMs, 2) the ANCOOL straps are smooth whereas the OEM has tiny bumps, 3) the ANCOOL buckle is a tad more grey than black, and 4) the clips that attach the band to the watch has different clasp part, but functions the same. The band material feels the same. Not a bad option if looking for a different color to complement the watch.

Great value and fit but don't know about durability
So for those of you who have one of the larger Fenix models, you know how big they sit on the wrist. My new Fenix 6X struck me as very large and very dark. Too much in fact. I decided I wanted to add a splash of color and liven it up so I chose a white strap the wife fancied, and a blue strap for myself. I was skeptical I'd get anything half way decent at so low a price but was very pleased. The strap fit and appears exactly like the OEM strap. The clip mechanism doesn't seem quite as robust as the original and I note many others have complained about the durability. I can't speak to that since I've only just received it. I will say it's very soft and comfortable. Far more so that even the Panerai rubber strap I use on another watch. To the touch it has that soft, almost suede-like feel that I like about high grade rubber. The color really pops and results in a completely different look. For the low cost, I'd imagine some of you might choose to use several colors depending on what strikes you. So to sum up, I'm very pleased with the product but can't speak to its longevity. For the money, if it rips a strap hole or two in 6 months, I'd be ok with buying another. Enjoy your Fenix and make it your own with color.

already broken
these bands don't last forever, and I didn't expect this one to either, however, 6 weeks is pretty sad. These things usually start to show wear and cracks in the holes about 6 months. I don't know if its because I had a Fenix 5 and I went to the bigger watch, but I am pretty disappointed in the ancool bands for the 5X

Decent band but cheap metal clasp.
The band is very similar to the original band. It is slightly shorter, has a slightly different texture, and the clasp has a slightly different shape. I had no issues attaching the band to the watch and everything feels very secure. Overall, most people probably won’t notice any difference. However if your skin is sensitive to metals, like mine, the clasp will likely cause a skin rash with any amount of sweat. The clasp on the original Garmin band did not do this to my skin. This is the reason, I rated the comfort as a 3. I painted the clasp in clear fingernail polish, and it has helped to notably reduce the reaction but it has not eliminated it on heavy sweat days. I expect to have to repaint the clasp every so often which is a hassle, but not a terrible thing considering the money I saved. It is too early to comment on durability.

It didn't last real long.
Updated: This band didn't make it more than a few months. It was okay. But it's to elastic and the holes I commonly used to run broke pretty quickly. The band isn't quite as comfortable as the original Garmin band but then it doesn't cost $50.00 either. It certainly does the job and I wear my Fenix 5x all day every day for general wear, and to swim, bike, and run. I've had this band about a month now and so far so good.

Not for sensitive skin
I really wanted this to work. It's a good price, obviously not on par with original Garmin quality but not far off either. It looks good and fits good but it made my skin break out in less than 20 minutes of wearing it. I've never had that issue with the original Garmin silicone band. The locking mechanism is hard to operate, you almost need to use the included tools to push it back. All in all if you dont have sensitive skin it's a good option, unfortunately not for me.

works great
These replacement straps have been great. The only way to tell the difference from the original Garmin ones is by looking at the screws on the clasp and the inner excess loop does not have the nipple to help stay in place. After a month of use I have had no issues they have been great. some reviewers complained about the part that clips on to the watch face themselves and I have seen no issues with the spring tension or staying onto the watch. I compared the spring tension to the original Garmin's and cant tell the difference. Time will tell i guess
