Great little coffee pot
This is just a simple, good coffee pot. I’ve had mine for almost 3 years and it’s still working great! The coffee is hot, makes the 10 cups it says it does and so easy to use. No it doesn’t have auto shut off or the fancy gadgets but it is simple and works fantastic for the price. I prefer the simplicity of things so this was perfect for us!

It's fine...except...
When our last coffee maker bit the dust, I did a quick search and ordered this one up. Right size for us - we're basically a "two cups and we're done" couple - and I like that it's compact and fits well under the counter. A couple of minor issues: The carafe is snug under in it's location so you have to pull it straight out, you can't have any angle/inclination or it will stick. But that's a piddling thing. The other thing - see the photo - is that the pour spout is off-center by a few degrees. I'm hoping this wasn't intentional - it's caused more than a few dribbles in the early morning. I still haven't gotten used to it, hope we do eventually. Other than that, no worries.

A Basic Coffee Maker
It's working as it should. I bought it because I had to replace the coffee maker I had, which was Alexa compatible. (This one is not.) I had to do it quickly because my other one was leaking. This one has a reasonable price. Unfortunately, I hadn't noticed that it doesn't have an automatic shut-off. I'm now having to put a timer on my phone so that I don't forget to shut it off. Well, that didn't work for me yesterday. I left the coffee maker on the entire day. I will purchase another one that has an automatic shut-off. If that function is not essential to you, you'll love this coffee maker.

Serves the purpose, but very cheap maker...
you got what you pay for. It makes a coffee. Very generic maker with one button On/Off. People referring to the leakage is because of the design. it is not a leakage, what happening is that the maker design to have a coffee basket as pretty much insert into the entire part of the maker and serve as the seal to the carafe. Unfortunately, during the brew process the water getting all over inside and when you open the lid to clean, pulling the basket getting some of that drops out. there is nothing you can do and if you'd like to get this one, you would have to deal with it. Some good things that I noticed: -- > When you pull the carafe before the brewing is finished, it is actually very clean comparing to other makes. so the seal between the basket and carafe is actually good. -- It does not take a lot of space. -- The carafe is kind of inside the walls of the maker that makes the carafe very stable. -- Can be plugged into the smart plug that compatible to google or amazon and you can do the automation to switch it on/off. -- Your coffee would be kept hot until you turn the switch off and this is sometimes a great thing instead of the maker goes off after 2 hours and any coffee that you left for later would become cold. Not that good: -- You have to remember to turn the makes off when not in use to avoid any fire issues. -- When finish and cleanup, some water drops can be all over. not a lot but still a little inconvenience. -- There is no visual water indicator, so you have to watch inside to how much you pour the water in. Best to fill the carafe with desired amount of the water and then pour it into the maker. -- The power cord is not that long, so you have to keep the maker close to the outlet. -- The maker is made from very cheap plastic, so, do not expect very pretty and shiny coffee maker. Over all I would give it 3 stars. It does brew coffee fine, and relatively fast. I use it with the smart switch and actually very beneficial to have it loaded night before and have a smart routine to start brewing the coffee at scheduled time in the morning. buy it or not: your decision :)

Perfect for the price, Alexia, turn on coffee pot.
I bought it because I needed something simple in my home office so I don't have to always go downstairs for a cup of coffee. I also liked that I could use an Amazon plug for it. So I load it up in the morning and in the afternoons when I need a caffeine rush, I just say Alexia turn off coffee pot and 5 min later I have coffee. I love it.

Truly junk. Do not purchase.
No bells or whistles, simple coffee maker, fits under my cabinet, 10-cup capacity, low price-- just what I wanted. I purchased it Jan 4, 1995. Reservoir started leaking (running, not dripping) August 20, 1995. I got a shade more that 7 months of service from it. The coffee maker it replaced had developed the same problem, but it lasted 15 years. Were my problem unique I would have replaced my coffee maker with another. However, looking at the one-star reviews it appears to be typical for this appliance. So I'm probably going to WalMart this time rather than Amazon. I can get that done today and not have to wait on shipping. I hate instant coffee. Consumer information. For the past 50 years (my adult life) I have known that 'coffee cups' were not 8 oz. Fifty years ago, 'coffee cups' were six oz. This '10-cup' pot holds 44 oz. The new 'coffee cup' seems to be more like 4 oz. An internet search reveals this fact as well as offering wads of rationalization for it, none of which seem to address the simple answer of consumer fraud. If a 'cup' is not a standard 8 oz it should be revealed. If you advertise a certain capacity you should define your terms clearly enough that the consumer knows what is being purchased. Dribble. When used to full capacity, the pot is virtually brim full. You have to pour carefully. My experience is that when the pot is not clean it starts to dribble, even when not brim full. Were I to thoroughly wash the pot at least once/week, it would not dribble. Reality is, I wash it well when it starts to dribble.

Simple, attractive 10-cup drip coffeemaker
We've been using this model for years, and can no longer find it where they used to be: discount stores where they sold out immediately. We like it so much, we always have one at our cottage, too, so I was happy to find this at Amazon. We've never had one "die," but the heating plate starts looking yucky after a while. (I don't know why these companies all coat the plates with Teflon; it degrades and flakes off.) You CAN place a circular piece of aluminum foil there, which will eventually "mold" to the plate. For those who thought the on-off switch might be short-lived with daily use (it's not), the big box home improvement stores have adapters with an on-off switch, which you plug into the socket. Then you plug the coffeemaker into it and use the ADAPTER'S switch. One model's switch even lights up, like the switch on the coffeepot. This coffeepot is clearly not programmable, so don't expect that or rate it based on that. But if you want a simple, no-frills, drip coffeemaker, this is for you.

Simple and well designed
If you’re looking for a simple, well designed, compact and inexpensive coffee maker this it it. No timers, grinders, settings or anything else (except for being smart plug compatible, which I don’t use.) Just fill the reservoir, add coffee and turn on. It makes good coffee and fairly quickly. The warming plate stays hot until you turn it off. The cord is about 22” long. It can also be tucked into the back of the machine. The reservoir has no volume markings but if you fill it from the carafe this doesn’t matter. Just about perfect.

Encantada
Encantada con mi cafetera ya la tuve y me duró años, por eso la volví a comprar, y sobre todo porque el filtro de papel es aún mejor que el lavable

Alexa Makes Me Tea!
I ordered this coffee maker to make steeped tea. I was looking for something simple I could command on with an Alexa smart plug, had a carafe so I could put my tea bags in it and that would keep it hot while it steeped. This does it all. I pour water in at night, put tea bags in the carafe, and with the smart plug command it on in the morning when I wake up so I go downstairs to hot steeped tea. I programmed Alexa to turn it off after X minutes so I don't have to worry about forgetting to turn it off. It took me a few tries to get the water to tea bag ratio figured out but now it's perfect. Highly recommend for tea drinkers! Can't speak to the coffee it makes.

How could I have known
This was to replace a perfectly functional machine, it's simply that the pot broke. This machine works well however I believe that it makes the coffee taste different. We did clean it with vinegar and I made a lot of water go though but still.. when I added more coffee ground it tasted better but its a waste. Not sure if it's the machine
