Bulbs stay orange and flash orange, only go white when I turn on headlights. Not working as advertised....** A: On my GM, the day time light socket is 6 volts. With the head lights on, the voltage increases to 11 volts. The white activates at 9 volts. I thought about rewiring, but due to multiple modules, decided to run as is. Amber during day and white at night. Brighter lights was the goal, that the lights do. **Q: Any idea why after installation these will not flash when I arm and disarm the car with the key fob?** A: These LED lights have very low current draw and therefore do not work without adding a resistor on most cars that have a computer that senses the lights. **Q: Are these ck compatible? sadly, i just blew a few fuses with bulbs that are claimed to be ck compatible** A: Sometimes it’s reverse polarity, or you could also look into 50w resisters, like I did. He installation is simple plug and play. Due to the lower voltage draw you will need a load resistor to stop the hyper flash issue. I got one that is a simple plug and play that installs behind the knee pad in the dash. Those who have given a poor review due to hyper flashing, do not understand the electrical system in their vehicle. Hyper flashing is not a problem with the bulbs, this information is all over and easily accessible with just a little research. The lights are very bright and work perfectly in my Corvette. THe switchbacks are very cool, they are amber when in DRL mode, bright white, when switched to parking lights, then back to flashing amber when turn signals are activated.
