A great and affordable speedlite flash!
I am a wedding photographer and I use these at every wedding I shoot. If you're looking for an affordable speedlite flash, you've found the right one! The only thing I would recommend is using higher end batteries. I use Duracell batteries and it's very fast and responsive. I have used cheap batteries in it before and it takes forever to work if you use cheaper batteries.

Great flashes for off camera setup.
I'll start by saying i'm not a professional photographer, but would consider myself an enthusiast. I now have 6 of these YN-560IV's and have shot several events and have done some outdoor daytime portraiture. I have nothing to compare to as these are my first flashes to use off camera. For the events I've had an area set up for portraits and another setup for the gathering/dining/party area. In addition to the flashes I have two of the YN560-TX transmitters, one per camera/lens setup for each area and so far I've been really happy with how the system works. Keep in mind each YN-560IV flash can operate as a transmitter, so you really do not need the YN560-TX. I opted to have the dedicated transmitter to reduce the size of my camera setup. So far great flashes and I have no reason to think these flashes would let me down. If you are on the fence as whether or not to try, drop the hammer, I think you'll be satisfied.

Awesome
Super easy to setup, have a master and a slave light, just a quick 2 minute setup to link the lights and then just snap a picture and both flash at the same time, awesome!

Inexpencive flash solution that truly works great
To date, I have bought two of these flash units and have had ZERO issues with either one. In fact, the first one is now over a year old and has never given me any sort of issue. These are MANUAL flashes and not TTL capable! I see so many reviews on here for this flash where the purchaser gave them a low rating and bad review because of this. It's not the manufacturers or the flash unit itself that is responsible for not reading the listing completely and for the purchaser not doing their own research about the item they intend to purchase. They connect nicely and fire accurately when controlled by the camera and also while being controlled by the Yongnuo 560TX wireless controller. Both flashes adjust by 0.3 steps of power, and unless running at 1/4th power or higher, they tend to be pretty easy on the battery life of 4 decent rechargeable AA batteries. The flash head is "zoomable" from 24mm to 105mm both as a single unit and through the 560TX controller to help get the light where you need it.I haven't had an over heating issue with them yet, but I'm not running them at maximum power to do the job of a higher powered strobe either. These are just simple inexpensive flash units that do their job well. At nearly half the cost of some of the other products available on the market of this nature, I will gladly continue to use these after seeing my other flash last me over a year now under pretty decent amount of usage. In fact, it's probably due to be replaced pretty soon to insure the flash bulb matches the performance, color, and brightness of the flash I had just bought this last week on the current order through Amazon. To the Sony shooters out there that have models with the Sony MI hot shoe, both the Canon and Nikon version of this flash and the 560TX controller (also both available in Canon or Nikon) work perfectly fine with Sony cameras. I use them constantly on several of the Sony bodies such as the a3000, a6000, and the a68. No issues at all, make sure the flash is set to either M or Multi, set your camera to Fill Flash in Manual or Program mode. Be sure to attach the flash or controller to your camera body first, turn on the flash or controller and then turn on the camera. If you don't have the flash mounted and turned on before the camera is turned on it will cause the camera to not detect that it is attached.

Good flash- with video and pics
The media could not be loaded. I received it on June 7th, 2021. The material didn't feel cheap and the case for it was good quality. The flash was bright, even when I put it on 1/128. Rechargeable energizer batteries work ( 4 of AA).I have a Canon EOS 6D and it is compatible! I did a quick review video of the packaging and how it came. The pictures next to them are with the flash without a diffuser vs with a diffuser. The brighter pictures are without the diffuser!!!!! I took these in my pretty dark home. For NOW, I will keep it at 4 stars. I wanna know if it breaks after a couple uses. If u can edit this again with an update, I will. :)Edited: I still use it today and it works.

A Steal!
I love my Sony A6000's but one thing I don't love is there flashes for it. They are pricey and not very well thought out when compared to Nikon and Canon's I have used in the past. I decided to try out these Yougnuo's I have been hearing all these rave reviews about and always thought they had to be Chinese junk. We'll the reviews were right and I was wrong about these, they are amazing. They out perform flashes I have had for four to five times the amount minus the TTL which is very overrated. Look, if you don't know how to work a flash get on Youtube watch a few video's and learn, it's not hard and you will be rocking these things. The instructions are a bit so-so but again Youtube, spacifically ZY production's review of the YN560 IV really helped me get it to fire with the YN 560-TX controller I also ordered with it. I bought one and will be ordering another two real soon.

Amazing for the price
I was recommended this light by another photographer. I’ve since upgraded my setup plus added additional lights! You can’t beat the functionality and price for a built in trigger.
