Below is my original review of Sponeed's bike pants. I have little "natural padding" over my sit bones so the gel padding on these pants was not thick enough. I suspect the majority of users would find the padding more than sufficient. As you can see, Sponeed responded to my initial review and I contact them as they advised. Much to my AMAZEMENT, Tyler from customer service asked for my height, weight, inseam, and waist measurements and offered to have the factory make a custom pair of bike tights for me. NO CHARGE! I purchase a lot of items from Amazon and have always received great customer service. But Sponeed's customer service is an entire quantum level above anything I have experienced before. Incredible, just incredible! In addition, their bike garments are an awesome value. Quality materials and very high-quality construction will delight any customer. BRAVO, Sponeed!! I am a BIG fan of Sponeed's products. Our cycling family has bought 6 pairs of their bike shorts (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074FQGRW7/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and consider them the a GREAT value. Because of that, I was disappointed to discover that the padding in their cycling leggings falls short of the padding in their shorts. I don't have a lot of natural padding in my butt, so I really depend on my cycling gear to give me a comfortable ride...especially in cold weather. I wish Sponeed made a pair of leggings with more padding. For me, that would be a better product. I feel really bad about giving this product 3 stars. The stitching is excellent and the fleece lining kept me warm on my first ride in 38 degree temperatures. But the padding is a real deal breaker, at least for me.

Really great pants! Kushy soft padding not to big not to small. Pants are made of solid moisture wicking material. I love the fit as well. Make sure they're tight on dat ass! Great price as well. Good bang for the buck.

Very happy with these. Well made. I’ve used them for rides that began early morning with temps in high 30s and finished in high 60s; little chilly at start until body warmed up, not too hot once sun really out and temperatures had climbed. “Sweet spot” is when temps between 45 - 55/60.Seller was very helpful with gettting sizing right. I’m 6 feet. 195 lbs. I originally got the L (US large) but swapped for a M, which a bit tight but not uncomfortable and the padding stays in the right place without need for any periodic adjustments while riding. Length ok on both the L and the M but needed to go with the M because of the fit in the waist / seat / padding. Zippers at bottom of pants legs. Occasionally wind may get in the pant leg at bottom. Wind not really affect comfort with temps in 50s. At lower temps I usually have a shoe cover that extends up over ankle and over the bottom of pant leg - and then no wind can get in

I have the normal version for cooler weather and was quite happy -now got the fleece version for colder weather.It's warm! Had now three longer rides with them and I rode like 60 miles yesterday, starting at 27f and it got (incredible) 33f top temperature and I was happy to wear them.I actually put on my long winter socks (under the pants) but that was more to keep my feet warm.I am 5'11" with a 34" waist (185lbs.) and the "Asia XL = US Large" fit perfectly.Really need to give five stars!

I ordered these cycling pants because of it's overall 4-1/2 star rating. The pants fit very well, appear to be comfortable and of good quality, but unfortunately I decided to return them. My issue is that the padding isn't sufficient and therefore they are not comfortable as some of my other cycling pants and shorts. The problem is not the padding itself but the area of padding is just too small.Update: My original rating was 2 stars but now increased to 3 stars because of excellent customer service who contacted me and offered to customize the cycling pants by increasing the size of the padding at no cost to me. This tells me they are willing to listen to and address customer critiques and use it to improve their products. As soon as I have received and tried the new and hopefully improved cycling pants I will update this review.Second update: I received the cycling pants with a larger padding area and these pants are much more comfortable. My 5 star rating is for the customized pants.

I ordered these because they were cheap for fleece tights. I went with the best size choice in the chart but the fit wasn't great. They were too long in the crotch and too short in the legs. I'm 6'0" 170lbs & 34" inseam. I was just going to return them but their customer service contacted me and asked if I would like a custom size. I could keep the old ones and just pay shipping on the new ones. I figured, "why not". The new ones definitely fit better. Maybe not perfect but better.Overall the quality of the tights seems good. I like the fleece lined ones. I wear them by themselves down to about 25F and then wear them with a pair of 4-cycling wind pants over them to temperatures to 0F and below. (I also wear shorts down to about 35F so don't count on me for absolute temperature ratings) I wish the front layer was wind blocking like some tights I've had in the past.I considered knocking a point off for the weird sizing but there are a lot of bike clothes that don't work for me. So if these work for you they are a good deal.
