Rake - Rubber Rake Head for Needles and Cones

I got the 16" Rake Head, figuring the thread on the handle ( 59" ) was the same as a standard broom handle thread.It is not, the rake head needs a thread that is ~ 10% larger than standard.I had a non threaded broom handle that went in the threaded end ( slid in ) with a set screw.Word to the wise, if you are getting the 16" head, buy it with the handle or be ready to start figuring out where to get a handle to screw on the head.

Wanted a firm rake for deep shag. Can’t use this or that.

I think this product can be good at what I bought it for—picking up long hair from a carpet that my vacuum struggles to get. I bought a standard broom handle which fits, but when in use the rubber rake falls off. I’m going to rig it to hopefully stay on to do what I need it to do.

Design flaw will not allow rake to stay on a handle. nearly useless
