First things first... these are not White Cheddar Cheetos or Cool Ranch Doritos. No one should by these as an alternative to traditional processed carb heavy snacks. These are good and work well as a snack if you want to avoid carbs and/or increase protein intake between meals.If you buy these it should be for the nutrition profile. Judging purely on taste is disingenuous because these are not meant to be a competitor to the best tasting snack foods. From that perspective there are very few options for "carb like" crunchy snacks. These protein puffs taste good, provide extra protein intake, contain very low carbs and each bag is a manageable number of calories.The biggest con is the price. I think the pricing in the entire low carb (high protein) snack category is artificially inflated due to the Keto fad diets. But that is hardly any one brand's doing. So price aside... these are the best option I have found -- short of just not eating processed snack foods.(I have tried all the flavors and none of them are bad but my personal favorite is the Strawberry... reminiscent of Frankenberry cereal or maybe lighter flavored strawberry KWIK. I'm definitely not saying they are gourmet delicious but they hit the spot and are better than anything else I have tried in the category which is why I have reordered multiple times. The high cost also helps regulate consumption.

These taste great, but after eating them this morning, I've been bloated and nauseous all day. I didn't look close enough at the ingredients. They contain Maltodextrin. Not a good sugar alternative (high glycemic index) and it has very bad GI side effects for me -- so bad that I only ate one bag and I'm throwing the rest of these in the trash. Ugh!

I don't know much about protein puffs, but they definitely live up to their name, in that they are mostly puffs. They do have a nice strawberry-ish flavor (this one anyway), so they get points for that, but the texture still kind of reminds me of sawdust. Really fine sawdust. And I get that it's probably the fiber or something, but you can't cover up that texture with flavor this way. They are kind of sweet, until the strawberry flavor wears off, and then you're left with the "sawdust" crunch. I probably won't get them again because it's just too weird for me, but if you're looking for a low carb snack that isn't too bad, then I would recommend giving it a try. Who knows, you might like it.

Ok here’s the deal with these: they are not meant to be the most delicious dessert you have ever had. Even as far as Keto snacks go, they aren’t the best in texture (kind of like cardboard). HOWEVER they get 5 stars from me because they are the most delicious snack I have found that has that much protein with so few carbs, sugar and calories. I mean, really, what are in these things?? And they are good! Not as good as a snickers bar, but completely guilt free and they fill me up quite nicely. I don’t think of them as a dessert - I use them as a mid morning snack to make it until lunch. I love them and eat a bag everyday!

The flavor is really good for about 2 seconds and then the initial "strawberry" flavor is gone! The remainder of the "puff" tastes like cardboard! I bought the dark chocolate flavor and it's great all the way thru but these are terrible!

The most delicious snack ever 97% of the time. The only downside is that you can occasionally get some without as much flavor dust on them, in which case they taste vaguely milky and bland (as most whey protein based things do). Overall, these are one of my new favorite snacks. My boyfriend and I literally just ordered about thirty cases of this flavor. Out of those thirty cases, two were just past the best by date and smelled awful (we weren’t brave enough to eat those). The other 28 cases will be enjoyed thoroughly. 😂

It’s a very mild strawberry taste. Super crunchy, no soggy cereal here! I enjoy it with unsweetened almond milk to be able to enjoy a bowl of cereal on a lo carb plan. I like the single serving bags too.

I know it is possible for things to get into our food supply occasionally even in the cleanest factories but once you see it you remember it and never go back. The taste was really good, the price a little high but most low carb food is expensive. I was enjoying my bag of "Strawberry and cream flavor" crisp when I felt something hard like a piece of nut shell. I spit it out and examined it closely and it was a mouse toenail claw. I got sick and threw up. After that I will never purchase this brand again. I wonder where the rest of that mouse went?

These are delicious!! You can eat them as an in the go snack or as cereal!! There is no after taste which I love!! They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for!

These are small packages and fairly expensive. The flavour is not good at all. Was really hoping to enjoy these

I bought this product because the price was right and they are low in carbs and high in protein. Well, the positives end there. The product is dry and flavourless. I ate one small package and the rest of been sitting there for over a month. I don't recommend them.

the flavour is good (ordinary strawberry taste ), but the texture is soo weird , its crunchy and tough. dont like it at all!OH the onion flavour is the worst !!!!!!!!!!!!! ah !!!!!!!!! taste like its coming out from old oil .
