I definitely like the look of this camera, as compared to other dash cams on the market. It feels solid and looks great. Installation was simple, and didn't take long to get it up and running. Setting up the app and 4G took only a few minutes, with no problems. The video on this thing is great - very clear. I definitely like the 360 capability for security reasons.

Original camera by its design but does not live up to its price. WARNING ONLY works in US. European go your way this product will not work at home ... Only the AT & T card delivered is compatible with this camera! the hotline is in loop to tell you that this camera is not on sale for europe (France for my case) while Amazon delivers without question in France! SCAM ! Technical side, the quality is not at the rendez-vous, worthy of a VGA webcam ... In short forget this model much too expensive for the result. Even if I lived in the US, I will change my model. Very disappointed. For those who do not want to believe what I say, I'm ready to send them a demonstration photo so they can see the pixels! No indication on the technical documentation speaks of the definition of this toy! we wonder why ...

The camera worked great, provides the security we are looking for. It notifies if the vehicle's been bumped & the 360° view is great.

First I bought for possible accidents in parking lots etc. the cloud from them is grossly overpriced and not worth it, every time I close my door it sets of an alarm no matter what I set it for

The design and ability to mount is great. Picture quality could be better but this is my first car camera.Likes: 24 hours surveillance of my pickup. I recently received two separate door dents due to careless POS hitting and running away. This will at least capture a plate or face to “follow up” with 👊🏽.Dislikes:1) Software is wonky... took me 1 hour to install the device and 4 hours for software updates and trying to get it to connect via wifi. Recommendations to manufacturer, please use Bluetooth to connect to device for device settings and updates. If you live rural where cell service is weak and wifi to your home is your only option, then there is no way to install the software because your cell phone can only connect to the device leaving you disconnected from wifi. Also the software is temperamental. Your cell phone shows its connected via wifi but the device shows disconnected. I had to unplug the device over ten times to get it to reset. Finally had to uninstall the app and start all over from the beginning. Again blue tooth connect may have allowed a better experience.2) No ability to go back and review driving recordings, at least I haven’t found that capability yet. Which leads me to my final dislike:3) There are features that are somewhat hidden. The software designer is not very good at highlighting click features or directions. Definitely room for improvement.Final thoughts: the latest software update improved the stability of the app somewhat so hopefully more improvements are possible in the future.

Subscription required. Even after purchasing subscription your data plan will run out quickly. Poor video quality. Constant connection issues, always loading. No bump sensitivity adjustment. SD card not included. Product arrived with rubbing damage from packaging. Overpriced. The only good feature is being able to see sideways next to car. All others are front or cabin.

The first unit did not work. After receiving a replacement unit, it works fine.
