The customer service is very good and responsive, they helped me with the shipping issue, and I'm glad I finally received this product. It's very well built, and the design is more beautiful than other products I could find on the market. I like that the strap is long enough, and made with leather, looks expensive. I can clip the strap on my Sony camera without the rings, strong and steady!
