First of all, this is a GREAT value in terms of allergen-friendly snacks. So many snack foods are insanely expensive, and this is tolerably affordable. I definitely recommend you start with the variety pack. The banana chocolate chip flavor isn't for me (bananas aren't my fave) but the other flavors are great. I have defective collagen and my mouth gets torn up by food that has any texture whatsoever, but these are soft enough it doesn't bother me. These are nice and light, not too sweet. The only thing I would say is that if you have a really young kid, you probably wouldn't want them feeding this to themselves in the car because they are VERY crumbly.

Typically, I hate breakfast bars and granola. I’m not even much of a fan of cliff bars. But these! These are delicious. They are so soft and still have a bit of crumble to them. The flavors are fantastic too. My favorites are the Banana Chocolate and the the Maple Fig (think of a less sugary fig newton). They are also great for people who have braces! Granola and most breakfast bars are super hard on braces. These you can eat safely with braces and not worry you’ll break something.

Our household was on a dairy free, soy free, egg free and peanut free diet. Enjoy Life brand was one of the only packaged baked goods that were safe for us to eat especially with a peanut allergy in the household. The bars are allergen free and delicious and you have the option to get a variety of flavors. They are more expensive than other bars that contain those other ingredients that we were avoiding and they aren't the most filling but they are a quick, easy allergen free snack when you need one.

These are great, but they’re chewy because of added oats. Not so good for people with severe TMJ, but very yummy!

I have a six month old nursling with suspected food allergies and it was SO nerve racking to find an affordable, delicious, easy, shelf-stable snack that didn't have any of the multiple foods that seem to cause her a reaction. Any mothers with multiple kids out there know how hard it is to make time to feed yourselves and the stress of elimination diets during breastfeeding can be overwhelming, on top of it all. These breakfast bars have been the exact thing I needed to keep me eating enough calories without breaking the bank or the baby breaking out in hives. The flavors are good, I like the soft, home-baked texture, and they are bigger than most of the "special diet" bars out there!

I enjoy the bars however the 1st. shipment I received came with an ANTI ordered these from Amazon and when I opened up the box there was at least 1 ant crawling in the box. I bought these for myself to avoid gluten. Turns out my children are most of them! I didn’t even get to try most of the flavors! 😂 Great for breakfast on the run or a snack. I love that there is not a lot of added sugar. They are a bit crumbly (because there’s not a ton of sugar/syrup), so just keep the packaging around it while you eat. Their favorite flavors were banana and berry. A bit pricey, but that’s normal for these types of products. At least it’s heathy.

I am not a fan, but both my son and husband love them. I was introduced to them when my son brought home a wrapper he saved after he’s had a banana chocolate chip one from a vending machine. “Mom, you have to buy these”. I have them on auto ship.
