But the LEDs on this device don't illuminate and my windows automotive diagnostics application doesn't recognize the CAN serial line is connected.The vendor will go the extra mile to make sure you've got the driver software. The driver installs, and appears okay. The configuration application doesn't seem to yield any results.Unfortunately, the software appears to be infected with viruses.So, I'm not feeling very satisfied with this purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It didn't work when it arrived - It did not transmit but I fixed it. *by A***R on October 18, 2021* I chased the software down from Seeed studio as they sell this as well. I was able to receive, but not transmit no matter what I tried. I then decided to open up the case and inspect things. I noticed that the transceiver IC pin 8 was not soldered on the board and 4-7 were barely soldered.
