Our Geo Fly Vest really is the ultimate vest, providing every feature the progressive fly fisher could ask for! Constructed in a tough, CVC nylon material, for light weight & strength & treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish. The chemical treatment forces water to bead up and roll off the surface of the fabric, which enhances the water-resistant properties and keeps the fabric light, by not soaking up water. This super durable application will retain its properties even after repeated use and washings. A knitted, self-color collar and breathable foam padding across the shoulders, help spread the load and provide extra comfort. The 4 main front pockets are a box-design. To swallow the largest of fly boxes & there are 5 additional front accessory pockets for float ants, sink ants, leaders etc. Two front zip pockets for extra storage, plus further internal zipped and mesh pockets and an internal priest pocket. On the rear of the vest is a large bellows pocket, with a further, outer mesh pocket. These have a full length zip one side for large items and a short zip on the left hand side allows a water bottle or spare spool to be easily retrieved, without taking the vest off. There are two concealed coil retractors on front of vest, for snips, forceps etc. a rear hanging loop, rear net D-ring plus two front and two side D-rings, to attach landing nets, waing staffs, etc. Front rod loop and Velcro tag, a Velcro-removable fly drying ripple foam patch and quick-pull Aztec pattern material tabs on zips, complete the set-up, of this amazing vest...we really have thought of everything!

Excellent fishing vest made to last.
Excellent product with storage nooks and crannies where I didn't know I had nooks and crannies. It's been soaked through a couple of times during downpours of rain and I find it dries out in next to no time. Zip fasteners look like they're there to last and the mesh pockets are good for those things I use frequently but tend to forget which pockets I've put them in. With this vest they're easily visible. I think they've thought of just about everything you could need in a fishing vest, and all credit to Simon Kidd who I think designed it. Full price is a little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Item faulty
Received Waistcoat very promptly however, after wearing couple of occasions a pocket zip & zinger broke. I returned the fishing vest waistcoat for a refund on 16th May which Amazon received on 18 th May. Too date Amazon has failed to issue a refund.

Great piece of kit
Good quality and very well designed. Loads of pockets and very comfortable to wear.
