Hero's Edge G-L14 Latex Rubber Foam Skull Battle Sword Larp

It’s awesome! Really takes a beating!!! My son is 10, very strong and sword fights with friends at our park. Had this for a few months. Decorative string came off, sword still looks great!

Long sword; end to end is definitely the 44 inches described. The foam blade is a bit heavy and the core is a touch too weak in the handle, causing some whipping after stopping the swing. If the blade were perhaps four to six inches shorter, the whipping would be reduced and result in a much sturdier piece overall. As it is, hard swings and contacts could snap the inner core right at the crossguard. Then you're out whatever you paid, as there is no method of replacing the core. This is honestly my only concern with the weapon.

These are a bit wobbly. But they are soft, look great, and they did hold up to some intense use. For the price, these are excellent.Though, I was shorted on the initial order, a simple phone call fixed the issue.

I've purchased 3 Foam swords now, This one has held up the best out of all of them. It's more "Boppy" then other foam swords I've purchased. The skulls are very soft and like latex. They feel like they would rip off easy, though they have not. 2/3 other foam swords have broken though.

strip off the blade covering and replace it with a nylon or cloth sock and this becomes a totally different animal.

The string bit came undone pretty quickly.

Great for our Camp Memaw and Grandaddy a la Knights earlier this summer. Best news is that our campers could pretend and not really hurt or kill each other as they practiced wielding their medieval weapons.

Good quality and durable enough but not indestructible
