I had to customize this to make it work for me and the plastic elbow was leaking. I replaced the elbow from Lowes and is all good. I bought alkaline and ph test kits and selected the appropriate setting for the test. Results were amazing! Water tastes great and coffee even better. I have 2 charcoal whole house pre-filters. I'm on city water and it used to smell like chlorine. Amazing machine so far.

So excited for this and immediately let down. The faucet connection leaks and the quick connect for the hoses leaks also. They sent me replacements and the quick connects are good now but the new faucet connection still leaks in a place that can't be sealed. The manual recommends a pre filter setup that this company doesn't sell. Not worth the $650 with leaking parts and that also recommends a pre filter system to truly work well.

I've been using it for three years now and I'm very happy with it. It's not easy to install, but it's worth it.

I have had this product for about two months and have been unable to find a way to install it. It will not attach to the faucet I currently have installed, and I have been unable to find in a replacement faucet in stores or on-line, that will work with their attachment accessories. The faucet must have a removable aerator, so that you can screw in their attachment. Most faucets no longer have this type of screw in aerator, that I've been able to find. I have searched Home Depot, Loews, and other plumbing stores. I am out of ideas right now, short of creating my own installation process with other parts found at the hardware store. I would not recommend this product.

The look is nice but...I’m very familiar with water systems. This one was confusing. The instructions did. It match the parts included. NO customer service number, chat nor website. Returned item. If there was an issue there is no resolution department.

I bought this machine not even a year ago and it already stopped working !!!!!! It comes on and dings but doesn’t show flow or the alkalinity!
