Great partner to the Book which is a must read. This workbook really makes you think and get all in your feels :) get ready to self-meditate and give your soul much needed me time. This workbook will have you reflecting and reevaluating your inner thoughts and feels. I'm only have way through it and feel more connected than ever to myself and the blessings God has provided.

This was our recent "woman's bible study" book (along with the study guide) and I'd give it a more than 5 🌟 if I could!! Lysa is such a talented writer! She openly speaks about her worst struggles in life and takes you step by step through the process of what it took to heal her broken heart. Most of which we can all relate to in one way or another. I have recommended this book to many of my friends who are in a 'painful season of life' right now, however, you do not need to be in a painful or hard situation to appreciate this book. I've learned a lot about myself while working through it in my bible study group, which I do recommend. Meaning, reading the book and working through the study guide at the same time (which are sold separately btw). So basically the book by itself is awesome and the book with the study guide is awesomER!

How I love the book and study guide. Lysa is being used in amazing ways. Her suffering gives me hope to hold on and allow The Lord to build my faith as he receives glory. He is always at work.My daughter in love Recommended book. I’m on my 3rd time through. This time in a small group bible study with other gals.Through this book and Lisa’s book Uninvited I have been strengthened for the battle.I’m extremely thankful for the gift Lysa has to write about hard things we all go through.My focus is on The Lord not those whom I struggle with. He is changing me. May I be more like him in the end.TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

Good read

This study guide can be used for a group or as an individual bible study. It is deep so don't plan to sit down & complete it in 15 minutes. The questions are thought provoking & soul searching & because of this it takes time. For a group, it would take an hour to an hour and a half to complete. You can even participate with a group & then complete the individual section for your own personal growth.I love that Lysa is so open about her own personal life & disappointments. It sure helps to know that heartache, disappointments, & struggles happen to everyone. We are not in this alone.

If you have the book and are watching the videos this work book is redundant in my opinion. Love the book!

This book and Bible study guide was a great chance for my “let’s be real - life ain’t always pretty” small group. It encouraged some real vulnerability and honesty within our group. We really enjoyed it. The videos are a great companion, especially if you have folks who can’t get both the study guide and the book. Without the book, though, you’re going to miss out on some of her testimony and witness that coincides with the study. I highly recommend!

Great book

Sorry but I must really say I didn't like this book, I bought it along with others and didn't really inform myself what its about. But its way to exspensive for what you are getting, its thin but in an unhandy format, it has double pages full of just the chaptertitle and the chapters themselfs are pretty low on content. Its basically modernized religious propaganda, the kind you usually get for free if you don't pass them by quick enough when they hand it out on commercialstreets. The whole concept of this book is to found some sort of selfaid group. I can hardly imagine that it would help someone, but maybe thats just my point of view. Its talking a lot about some CD I didn't get one with my order, but that's ok I don't want it. I must admit it has a catchy title. But I've never been so disappointed in a new york times recommendation. Sorry I can't say anything more positive about it.
