It isn’t noisy, the only real noise comes from the seat gliding on the rail, and that isn’t loud at all. The flywheel and magnetic resistance barely make enough noise to be heard. I would call this thing “whisper quiet”.

Is this easy to assemble? Also, how are the resistance levels?

It’s easy to assimble, pictures were good and the parts are shrunk over cardboard with clear plastic and easily labeled. The resistance seemed weak at first, but this is more about reps and have since been working my resistance back higher.

Has anyone had trouble with the resistance and what was the fix?

My new rower had the same issues right from the start.The company does not fix.the want pic,s/video then will send u the replacement parts.u have to take apart and repair I sent it right back.worst customer service ever..
