Good for overall health

Assuming you don't have any conditions that would be prohibitive for this formulation, it's one of the more interesting and comprehensive blends for energy and theoretically mitochondrial health I've seen. The blend has a bunch of things I usually would take separately, though generally in those cases I'd take higher or different doses. My usual dose of ALC is 4x higher, my NAC 12x, I usually take NMN instead of NR, but if I took NR it'd be 4x higher starting, but then the CoQ10 is about on par with where I'm comfortable. The idea ofc here being that the blend would work synergistically. I think the components for me didn't work as effectively combined as they would separately, but assuming you're new to stacks of this nature or just need a little boost, it seems like a really solid starting point. Also pretty great if you don't want to remember to take 20 separate pills a day. I'm pretty familiar with Pure Encapsulations, I know they're well regarded and trusted within this space. Taking it I didn't notice any side effects or issues, didn't have any reactions, well tolerated. I think if you're comfortable with the price, this brand is well reputed and this is probably a great starting point for this kind of support.

I've found Pure to be a solid brand.
