Its a useful ayurvedic product, I would recommend this for all. Also see a video of how to use it first

The package was good, but the seeds inside was not clean. Seeds were sticking together with diet/soil/clay. There were lot of other small pieces of dried materials mixed with soil. I took a spoon of seeds and put them in a cup of water. All the seeds where floating and most of the dried material sank and the water became murky. Now I don’t think it is safe to consume it as a herbal supplement. I had bought a different brand of these seeds before and they were very clean. I would not recommend buying this.
