Does the unit have holes in the mounting bracket in order to place a padlock?

There is one set of holes which is used to keep the hose onto the wall and for swiveling. There is one plastic rod that goes through the holes. But there are no more holes then that.

20 m + 20 metres and refers to the length!

What's the length of the supply hose on the outside?

about 6 inches? then add your nozzle. theres a stopper on the outside. don't know if you can move it so that you can have more length.I wish I had gotten the fifty footer instead of the 30. Thirty feet outside is not a long enough.
