Plastic but nice
When I ordered these I did not realize they were plastic. They are pretty thin, but they lay down nicely.. They came with a smell, but since removing them from the packaging the smell is gone. All in all they are really nice. Even though they are plastic they don't look cheap. This also makes clean a lot easier. Haven't had them long enough to know how they will stand up over time, but as of now I am pleased.

I will throw this away.
I haven't used it since I got this placemat. It looks cheep. It is so different from the picture I saw on the computer. The material doesn't match anything. I feel sad every time I find this in the kitchen drawer.

Loved these placemats...perfect for my gingko leaf themed dinning room. I ordered in both gold and silver color...silver looks little rolled up coz I hist opened it...totally recommend this product.
