iBasso CA01 2.5mm Balanced to 3.5mm Single Ended Cable Adaptor

I got this so I don't have to swap out my balanced cables when I connect to a single ended source (why else would you have one?).I previously had the same item made by Fiio. The iBasso one is much better in terms of construction and parts used.Comes in a fancy hard package and not just a plastic bag.

Was looking for a decent quality adapter to use 2.5mm balanced cables with 3.5mm single ended either from my dap or phone. Seemed to be a decent high quality product.However, the "braid" of the cable, if you can call it that is the sloppiest thing I have ever seen in a cable. Instead of looking even remotely braided, it kind of just looks tangled. For what is otherwise a seemingly decent product (especially for the price) this really makes it feel kind of cheap. Only deducting 1 star since it should have no impact on the actual functioning of the adapter.

I wanted a straight adapter and iBasso is a solid name brand. Not much to say about this other than it works just as it should and it seems like a solid adapter.
