Not sure why but this headset doesn’t work for me at all very quiet and adjusting setting doesn’t help to sort it.

Excellent for online language course
I purchased this headset because I was getting feedback when using my laptop’s built in microphone and speakers for an online class that uses the Cisco WebEx platform. It is lightweight, comfortable and works very well.

A great headset for home working
I bought this as a replacement for an old headset and I am very pleased. The acoustics are good, the speakers work well as does the microphone. There is a good lead, long enough to connect to my laptop, and the overall quality seems good. *I would recommend this product*
