It's a good name tag. Velcro is attached well, seems sturdy and not the cheap stuff you find in hobby stores. Embroidery is straight, with proper density for the lettering. I would expect this to last a while, it looks like it could manage to get beat around a bit and shrug it off.The BAD part is the US Post Office lost my package in the mail, with the original order I placed.That is not a reflection of the business itself - packages get lost all the time, that's not their fault.What impressed me was how fast and trouble-free they made it for me to have another name tag made up and sent out.I wrote them explaining what happened. They responded almost immediately and corrected the problem, sending out a replacement... no hassle. That deserves another star as far as I'm concerned, very satisfied with their service!

Crisp clear legible lettering of the correct dimensions and with the expected background. The hook pile tape is securely sewed on to the patch. Excellent work.

They are well done, and the quality is excellent. I ordered them with velcro and they are perfect and cleanly done. Kudos to them for making sure their work is above expectations!

Great quality and price. Wasn’t too thrilled about the method of shipping though. The shipping cost as much as the name tag, however, it was sent in a standard envelope via regular mail. Not cool, but the embroidery is top notch and I get asked about it all of the time at work.
