Great value
The antenna works great and it is a real bargain! I've been struggling for years with trying to make various antenna installations work in my home to pick up local OTA channels. I live right on the fringe of the coverage area and have terrain that blocks much of the signal from the TV towers. I received this antenna today, had it assembled in about 5 minutes, and hooked it up to the same TV where I previously was able to pick up 1 or 2 channels with lots of tiling, etc. I was very happy to see that not only can I now pick up all of the OTA channels for my area but now I can get most of the channels from the adjacent metropolitan area too! Awesome! Build quality is fine for a consumer grade antenna, but it's all very lightweight, so it's pretty fragile. The amplifier seems to be built into the active element of the antenna, which is great if you have long coax runs before you can get you your tuner. Power supply seems good and has mounting screws to mount it on the wall. Great value.

Great HDTV Digital Antenna
Once the antenna was installed, I left out the powered signal booster, adjusted the antenna for best overall reception on all available local channels, tightened the mounting clamp down, and then I installed the powered signal booster. The signal booster does work as Channel 12 is weaker than the rest of the channels when the antenna is adjusted for best overall reception for all of the channels. Channel 12 came in somewhat weak, causing the sporadic little square box effect on the screen. Once I installed the Signal Booster, it brought the signal strength up to a higher level and the reception is clear and consistent. For the money, this antenna was well worth it. It's an easy to install antenna, and only takes one person to install it. If you're looking to cut the cable connection, or do as I did and use it to supplement streaming DirecTV Now, which only provides two local channels in their packages, this antenna should get the job done for you with ease.

Works great for me so far. Doesn't pick up 150 miles at all though.
This worked better than a previous antenna I had just bought that was 3 times the cost. This is the clearest antenna I've owned so far and I've used 5 other brands and types. Of course there is no way it picks up 150 miles as advertised, but within 30 miles or so it works great for me. I tried tuning at a known coordinate antenna that is 50 miles away and it wouldn't pick it up.

Happy camper
Normally I am skeptical of grand claims on inexpensive devices. This antenna really performed. I have tried about 5 antennas over the years. Recently my antenna 6 feet across and 8 feet long was damaged in a wind storm. I checked the reviews for a replacement. This one had good reviews and an agreeable price. I am in the country, about 30 miles from all the broadcast towers. There is one PBS tower that I am fond of that is 40 miles away. This antenna picks up all of the stations from 40 miles plus. I tried the amplifier with another antenna and it was no help. It made significant improvements with this antenna. I have two antennas on the roof with a switcher. With the two antennas I can pick up signals 360 degrees around. I am a happy camper.

Works well for the price!
Live in a very wooded mobile home community with lots of mature trees. Satellite companies don't provide to us because it's to wooded. I am about 10 deriving miles from the closest broadcast station. I put this antenna outside on top of my shed which is lower than my house, and pointed it toward the city. I ran a channel scan on my TV, and I can pick up about 20 channels. About 50 total with all of the sub channels. We used the clamp that came with it, and had a PVC pole here already. We did need to buy a long length of cable. But it was very easy to put up. We are extremely happy with the performance. It's not huge, and I am very happy about that.

Worked for me in two antenna set -up
Very fast shipping. And as mentioned previously, very directional.Every degree of aiming seems to matter. I was using this as a two antenna set-up,because there was one PBS station I couldn't pull in strongly, and I had two groups of broadcast towers in two different directions. I already had the flat style antenna,so I aimed that one bunch of towers. Then I lined up this vertical style antenna on the PBS station. Then I used a common splitter in reverse,as a combiner. On some site they said to link to the splitter with two equal lengths of coax, but curiously two different lengths pulled in the strongest signal for the PBS.Antennas are funny devices, try lots of things, something might work.Good Luck.

They refunded my money quickly
It broke upon installation. At least they refunded my money quickly and returning it was easy.
