Excellent Mocka Espresso
Excellent one cup Espresso size. Very neat finish, thoughtfully comes with an extra handle, filter and washer, costing ₹250 online each! Just pour heated water upto the valve and put with ground coffee filled in the filter, place on flame and decoction flows in 2 minutes.

The design is such that it results in small amount of leakages once in a while. Also, no user manual was sent with the product

Quality not satisfactory
Defective, leaking product. The pressure valve doesn't work, the coffee rushes out very easily without much pressure, and tastes watery and bitter. There is a giant leak in the bottom of the product. Also the finishing of the product is very bad, and it has sharp edges all over it.

Good service but average quality
It is good they provided a spare for many parts but the percolator otself is not functioning well. Leaking steam outside, not giving the coffee sometime. Needs to redesign the gasket, also make a mark for correct water level.

Too small.
Please check the Cups before ordering. My bad I mistakingly ordered 100ml coffee maker so was too small for the price I paid. I eventually returned this item.
