NO INSTRUCTIONS!?!?
I was shocked to find a kit with all these parts has absolutely zero instructions with it! There are parts to it that are obvious as to what they are for but there are many more parts that I have no idea what they are or how to use them. Instructions are necessary! For this reason I give it a generous 3 stars.

Great product for the money
It removed a pretty big dent I had on my quarter panel it's not perfect but much better than before. I also found that the yellow glue sticks worked better than the black ones

You won't be sorry the first dent pays for your tool
My paintless dent remover tool came today at14:30 pm eastern time at 14:40 I removed dent 1 on my 4x4 truck at 14:50 dent 2 ; love it it paid for itself in less than a 1/2 hour and no painting required, I had to put the tool away it started to rain

Everything was included
This product was actually a kit containing a number of different parts from several sources. Taken all together, it provided everything I needed to pull a dent out of my lower door panel. Except for the extension cord to power the glue gun - of course! ;-)

Great Investment
Had several small to medium sized dents in my car and van. With a little practice I quickly became an "expert" in dent removal. Fun to see them pop out.
