Perhaps it would work with an adapter. **Q: Is this a pressure canner ie suitable for preserving meats? Or more a water bath for preserving jams, veg etc?** A: Don’t knew. I use it for preserving tomatoes normally. Very pleased with it as it eliminates boiling pans of water on the cooker top for ages. Much safer.
