The battery life is decent; I can easily get through three days of usage without needing to recharge. Comfort-wise, it fits well and remains secure, making it great for long meetings or daily commutes. One thing to note is that I have misplaced my fair share of earpieces over the years, but that’s more of a personal flaw than a product issue! Overall, if you're looking for a dependable Bluetooth earpiece that works well and offers good value, I’d recommend giving this one a try.

I purchased these in February of 2023. I don't write too many reviews, even though I rely heavily on reviews before I purchase anything, but these little guys truly deserve one. To begin with I have to say that the battery life of these ear pieces is AMAZING! I get about 6-7 days or use out of each one, and that's with heavy daily usage. The quality of the sound is really good and the microphone is really good too. I regularly ask people how I sound on the other end of a call and I have never been told anything negative about how I sound to them. And the fact that you get two of these is awesome. One is always ready to go when one does finally go dead, and it's stored in a really nice protective case. And you get two cases as well. The date today is May 25, 2024. Two days ago I got into our 22' above ground swimming pool, and because these buds fit so well and are so comfortable that i forget I'm actually wearing them, I swam around and actually submerged my head at least 3 or 4 times before realizing that I had it on. I called myself a few choice names that I won't repeat at this time, because I really love these things and i know how good they really are. I took the ear bud off and put it aside to deal with later. When I finely went back inside, I shook it out to remove a few remaining drops of water out of it then hung it up in front of a box fan that I keep by my bed, overnight to try to dry it out and "save it" even though I thought it was all for nothing, because we all know what water will usually do to electronics. I let it sit all that first night and all yesterday. I recharged the battery last night, because it wouldn't turn on at all, and just now, Saturday morning, I turned it on and it started up and it connected to my phone automatically like it had always done before. I'm actually listening to music on it as I'm writing this review, and it still sounds great like it always has. Take a bow New Bee designers. You have a customer for life. Thank you.

This is a great product for a super price! I would highly recommend always having two, which is why I purchased them as a pair. Also, they have an on/off sliding switch which easily allows you to turn them off when you’re finished with their use. They also have a Type-C connector, which is now the universal plug for most phone-related charging.

This was a replacement for Jabra Sport 45. Works way better, stays on comfortably and the sound quality plus battery life has been fantastic. I've been using daily for a couple weeks. The price is a serious plus. Jabra was a rip off and very difficult to keep in ear with the super cheap silicone ear grips.

Great little Bluetooth earpiece. It's a 2 pack so I can only review the one I'm using. It works well. Sits comfortably in the ear and can be worn all day without irritation. Sound quality is good as well.

It is okay for the price. I’d say it works decently, but doesn’t have the greatest sound quality. It’s also very easy to accidentally press buttons I don’t mean to press (which makes me hang up on people). And on someone small (like me), this device sticks out pretty far from the ear such that it doesn’t end up seated in place all that well. So it sort of tilts and pulls a bit against the over-ear piece, which sometimes makes that over -ear piece fall off. It’s very annoying. Overall, this device is usable and works ok if you are looking for something cheap and basic. But I don’t think I would buy another one.

HERE IS MY SECOND REVIEW FROM 6 MONTHS AGO: This is the second time I purchased these bluetooth ear pieces. The first set was PHENOMENAL but these "new" models are complete JUNK! I Returned them in a week! Don't waste your money,... The second purchase was a total and utter failure and I left a very bad review expressing my utter disappointment. # # # # # HERE IS MY NEW REVIEW AFTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT CORRECTED THE ISSUE AND CONTACTED ME: This company actually read my complaint, and contacted me about their product. The service manager went "above and beyond" the role of customer support to contact me, and explain the problems created by changing manufacturers the first time, and that were trying to correct the situation. They told me they had switched manufacturers and thus received bad products. They explained that they now got a new manufacturer and asked me to please try the new product again and see if I would reconsider my negative opinion of their product. They politely asked if they could send me another set of the NEWER, improved headsets for my review. They were truly concerned with my ultimate satisfaction! It is RARE to find this kind of service in today's markets. And, to be honest, none of the other brands I've tried since were anywhere near as good as the original version of these ones! So anyway, I agreed to give them another chance. Well, I've had the new units for about a week now, and I have had a chance to use the "new" models extensively, and I am pleased to say these units work SO much better than the last ones did. They are as good as the original purchase was! They have outstanding sound quality from the microphone, noise cancellation, volume control and clarity, and functionality. I especially like being able to double-tap the "main" call answer button to initiate the "redial" feature. Oh, and the battery lasts for DAYS with constant use, and charges very quickly. These units are every bit as good as the original, first set that we loved so much. My satisfaction with their service and the quality and function of the new product has been fulfilled quite nicely! Thank you so much! I am now a satisfied client / customer / user once again! I now confidently and wholeheartedly recommend these headsets again! They are as good as the originals were!

I was really blown away by these right out of the box. First thing I noticed was the fit. These came with 2 different over ear pieces and when I put it on right away I felt a perfect fit. The inner ear piece for snugly in my ear but not uncomfortably. I wore this ear piece all day long with zero discomfort. I had to actually turn my volume down on both calls and music because it was so loud. I called my husband and he said the call quality was fantastic and I had to agree when he called me back on his. The battery life is clearly exceptional because I haven't had to charge them yet after 2 days of listening to music at work. Range also appears to be great. They don't disconnect when I leave my office to go to the restroom about 30 yards away. 10/10 would buy these again.
