KOHLER K-10343-CP Kelston Single-Function Handshower, Polished Chrome

We ordered this as a replacement for our current Kohler hand shower because, after 3 years, our current one by this brand broke. So it does its thing, but unfortunately, they only last for a while. Glad I could buy it on Amazon and use my Prime for free shipping. Good price and shipped fast, and it matches our oil-rubbed bronze, which is key!

Yes, it's just an ordinary showerhead, but after years of trying to save money by buying no-name under-$10 junk, this thing is like night and day! Spend the extra few dollars and get this. It feels like it's three times as heavy as the no-name plastic junk that's all over eBay and Amazon. It's metal, so it won't chip. It's thick, so it won't come apart from pressure. Finally, the threaded inlet pipe appears to be made of brass, so the entire unit doesn't seem to have any weak points. Looking forward to decades of service from this!

High quality "traditional" hand shower -- can be hand shower for a tub faucet set, or with a shower faucet set. I configured it for hand showering with a separate shower head, using a diverter to divert water from the head. Depending on the wall mount (and angle facing you), you can configure it as main shower head, and removable from the mount to act as a handheld.Rated at 2.5 gpm, it acts like a 1.7 gpm model (less water flow -- perhaps, the restricter can be removed).It's single spray pattern (medium circle pattern), meaning the spray is non-adjustable for wide or concentrated pulse.The handle shaft is heavy metal,and so is the neck. The bulbous head (body & face) feels like plastic. Other handhelds are entirely plastic. Thus, metal shaft handhelds are about $100 while plastic ones are under $40.The other Kohler handheld (traditional) models have adjustable sprays, but have a larger diameter head (5 1/2" compared to this 3 3/4")

I can’t believe this was 30 dollars. All metal Koehler quality. Good size- not to small not to large.

Its beautiful BUT how do you hang it. It will not stay in a hanger. I had to return bBecause I didn’t want it hanging straight down from the hose

I needed to replace the hand shower on our tub since the plastic insert where the water comes out was broken, and the water sprayed everywhere. I could not find a matching color so went the oil rubbed bronze (which is a very dark brown, almost black). It is a single function showerhead, but I only use one mode anyway. And, it is metal, not plastic, and has a nice heft.I decided to use it in the shower instead of the bathtub (all Kohler fixtures, although it is a universal coupling and should not matter that it is the same brand) to see what the difference was, and boy, the water pressure must have doubled! It was a very satisfying shower and I wish I had done this sooner.So easy to install, I did not even need a wrench. Great value for an authentic Kohler product.

I love this hand shower. I don’t need multi spray patterns so this one is great. It was very easy to remove the restriction in it so it’s got very good flow. I recommend this hand shower.

Came quickly, works great. Now my bath faucet is back to its original condition.
